Concepted and Art Directed rebrand for Nextep (HR Company).

This rebrand included a new website, take-home materials, and social campaigns. I took the former Nextep branding and updated the illustration style to elevate it be more approachable. Added with monochrome color schemes it was a clean refresh.

While the branding had good bones, it needed a fresh update. Extending the monochrome color palette & creating modern technology-friendly illustrations helped update the brand.
