Chewy is a fantastic company, but I wanted to make usability for the AutoShip feature a bit easier.
01 Current Set Up
Original User Journey
Currently the AutoShip feature on Chewy’s website (subscription service) is not linked with the Pet Profile. AutoShip is currently a last minute add on. By having the AutoShip and Pet Profile(s) combined users can easily find items for their specific pet’s needs.
